Meet Roxanne Emmerich
Roxanne Emmerich, CSP, CMC, CPAE—the most in-demand transformation agent in the banking world today—has the astonishing ability to create profound change for financial institutions. She is the CEO of The Emmerich Group, whose client list includes the top-performing banks in the country—and those that are wildly committed to being on that list. Her unique approach blends kick-butt marketing, enlightened no-excuses leadership development, profit-rich sales strategies, and iron-clad templates and systems. She presents this mixture to leaders, then teaches them how to create “employees on fire.” The result? CEOs say, “It’s a miracle.”
Her programming routinely doubles customer-service scores within six weeks—and doubles profitability within one to two years for her client banks.

She has personally consulted with over half of the nation’s top 1% performing financial institutions, and now regularly works with banks that are in the top 5% of performers (and those who want to get there). She specializes in growing community banks with assets from $500,000 to $2 billion.
A regular keynote speaker at conventions of the American Bankers Association and BAI, as well as regional and state banking conventions in 49 states, Sales and Marketing Management magazine called Roxanne one of America’s top 12 most requested speakers in the nation for her ability to create immediate and profound transformation.
