Twice a year as part of the three-year Sales Culture Program, we'll set a call specifically to measure your progress and challenge you on your next areas of breakthrough.
You will be assigned tasks for the next time period and given the accompanying checklists and templates for those assigned tasks. Our team of advisors are available to answer your questions and assist you in implementing your tasks.
What kinds of tasks?
Every organization has their own unique plan. But some of the tasks might include setting up a target marketing plan, a top 100 plan, a new account 90-day contact plan, a sales process rollout, coaching for your coaching...to name a few of the things that are often prescribed.
